Rules
These general rules are in force globally for Pro Forum and Rune Dedicated Server. Unless stated otherwise in individual areas, they govern all forums, resource sections, private messages and the server. These rules apply equally to all users, moderators and administrators.
Rule Violations: Users who violate these rules will be punished by The Rune Dedicated's staff at their discretion. Punishments range from informal friendly warnings to outright banishment.
Administrative Privilege: These rules have been established by the Pro administration to govern the site, protect its users and provide them with a pleasant experience. All rules are the exclusive domain of Rune Dedicated administration and staff. These rules may be modified or amended by the administration at any time, for any reason, without notice.
Anyone with admin access to the server must comply to the following rules or be punished for abusing administrative privileges:
> An admin cannot freeze a player without a valid reason.
> An admin cannot ban a player without a valid reason.
> An admin cannot mute a player without a valid reason.
> An admin cannot change a map just because he doesn't like
- Anything that an administrator does without reason to another player who has done nothing bad is abuse, do not change map if you don't like a map unless majority rules.
User Accounts / IP Sharing
Rune Dedicated users are required to maintain only one user account to access the site and take part in its activities. Under certain unusual circumstances users may create an additional user account.
If another account exists or is created users must report their new (or secondary) account by emailing us at runededicated@gmail.com. The report must indicate:
1. The primary username and e-mail address.
2. The secondary username and e-mail address.
3. The reason(s) for which the additional account exists or is being created.
Users detected to be using IP hiding software or maintaining multiple user accounts without permission from the administration may be banned.
Multiple accounts sharing same IP (and have not reported it to us) will be punished even though they were created by multiple people.
